Royal Garden Marina City & Financial Harbor is a 5,000-acre development on the outskirts of India's financial capital, planned in partnership with The Greenwich Group International of New York. At a projected US$16 billion, it is designed to be one of Asia's largest real-estate developments and India's first true smart city of its category.

The masterplan delivers 217.8 million square feet of high-tech retail, medical, education and housing across 50,000+ residential units, a Central Business District, an industrial district, an entertainment district, parks, shopping, education and civic amenities — anchored by a biophilic, vertical-garden waterfront skyline framing the harbour.
