Royal Garden City is conceived as a chain. After Bangalore and Mumbai, RIRIC's Phase I program extends to Kolkata, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Pune and Chennai. The long-range pipeline targets 120–200 million buildable square feet across India's Tier-1 and Tier-2 metros.
Each city is designed around the same intelligent fabric — IoT-as-a-Service energy, mobility, water, security and commerce woven onto a single platform. Data becomes the public utility of the 21st century.
